How to order

Ordering from Higiena Trade takes just a few minutes. Follow the steps below — from browsing the catalog to confirmation and delivery with Econt.

Step 1 — Browse the catalog

Start from the catalog or use the search to find professional cleaning and hygiene products, consumables and equipment. You can filter by category, and each item includes a description, pack size and any available usage information.

Prices are shown in euro (EUR), VAT included (20%).

Step 2 — Register a business account (optional)

To see customer (contract) prices and order online, register a business account. Your request is reviewed and approved by our team, after which you gain access to personalized pricing.

If you prefer, you can also order as a guest — without registration — at standard retail prices, VAT included.

Step 3 — Add products to your cart

Add the items you need to your cart and set the quantities. You can review the contents, adjust quantities or remove products at any time before proceeding to checkout.

Step 4 — Go to checkout

Proceed to checkout and fill in your billing details — company, contact person, address and invoice data. Approved business partners automatically see their contract prices.

Step 5 — Choose Econt delivery

We deliver nationwide across Bulgaria via Econt courier. Choose one of the options:

  • To an Econt office or to an Econtomat (automated parcel station).
  • To an address of your choice.
  • Free delivery on orders over EUR 100; below this threshold the Econt courier rate applies.
  • Typical delivery time — 1–2 business days.

Step 6 — Choose a payment method

We offer several convenient ways to pay:

  • Bank transfer by invoice.
  • Cash on delivery.
  • Deferred invoice — for approved partners.
  • Online card payment.

Step 7 — Confirm your order

Review the summary and confirm your order. You will receive a confirmation, and our team will contact you to clarify any details if needed.

Quote-only products

Some items and quantities are available on request only (with no public online price). For these, request a quote via our contact page — by phone on 0888 55 36 26 or at office@higienatrade.bg. You will receive an individual price offer based on your volume and needs.
