Payment

Choose the payment method that works for you at Higiena Trade — bank transfer by invoice, cash on delivery, deferred invoice for approved partners, or secure online card payment. A VAT invoice is issued for every order.

Payment methods

At Higiena Trade we offer several payment methods to suit business customers across different sectors — hotels and HoReCa, restaurants, offices, healthcare facilities, the food industry, cleaning companies and retailers.

  • Bank transfer by invoice — pay against a proforma or invoice before the order is dispatched.
  • Cash on delivery — pay the Econt courier on delivery (in cash or by card, depending on the service).
  • Deferred invoice — a credit term for approved partners under agreed conditions.
  • Online card payment — secure payment by debit or credit card directly at checkout.

Prices and VAT

All prices on the site are in euro (EUR), VAT included (20%).

Approved business accounts see their contract / customer prices after signing in. For the exact amount due, always refer to the VAT-inclusive total shown at checkout.

VAT invoice

A VAT invoice is issued for every order. Your invoicing details — company name, registration number, VAT number (where applicable) and billing address — are captured at checkout.

We recommend reviewing your business details before confirming the order, as they appear directly on the accounting document we issue.

Bank transfer by invoice

If you choose bank transfer, we issue a proforma invoice with the payment details. Once we receive the funds, we prepare and dispatch your order.

This method suits companies that work with pre-approved budgets and bank-based accounting.

Cash on delivery

With cash on delivery you pay the value of the order at the moment of delivery via the Econt courier — at an Econt office, an Econtomat (APS), or to an address of your choice. A convenient option for quick orders without an advance transfer.

Deferred invoice for partners

For approved partners we offer deferred payment by invoice with an agreed credit period. To enable this option, register a business account — our team will review and approve it, after which we will agree the terms of the deferred invoice with you.
